2.3 Account Requirements

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

3.1 Automated Trading System

CoinShares AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered automated cryptocurrency trading platform that:

• Analyzes market data and identifies trading opportunities using proprietary algorithms
• Executes trades automatically on your behalf based on predefined strategies
• Monitors multiple cryptocurrency markets simultaneously
• Provides real-time portfolio tracking and performance analytics

3.2 Trading Modes

Study Mode: A simulated trading environment using virtual funds ($100,000) that allows you to experience our AI trading system without financial risk. Study Mode uses the same algorithms and market data as Live Mode but does not involve real cryptocurrency transactions.

Live Mode: Real cryptocurrency trading using actual funds. Requires a minimum deposit of $1,000 USD equivalent, completion of identity verification, and acknowledgment of all associated risks.

3.3 Commission Structure

Our service operates on a profit-sharing model:

• No subscription fees, signup costs, or hidden charges
• 5% commission on profitable trades only
• No commission charged on losing trades or when no profit is generated
• Commission is automatically calculated and deducted upon trade closure

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

4.1 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain adequate security measures for your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Monitor your account activity regularly
• Report any suspicious activity immediately
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for trading
• Understand and accept all trading risks

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Create multiple accounts or use false identities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security
• Use automated scripts or bots (except those provided by us)
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Use the Platform to compete with our Services

5. Financial Terms

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted in USDT (Tether) across supported blockchain networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20). You acknowledge that:

• Minimum deposit for Live Mode is $1,000 USD equivalent
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Deposit confirmation times vary by network
• You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address
• Deposits sent to incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to:

• Completion of all required verification procedures
• Account security review
• Standard processing time of 1-3 business days
• Network fees deducted from withdrawal amount
• Our discretion to delay withdrawals for security purposes

5.3 Trading Capital

Funds allocated to the AI trading system ("Trading Capital") are subject to market risk. You understand that:

• Trading Capital may decrease due to market movements
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your Trading Capital
• The AI system does not guarantee profits

6. Risk Acknowledgment

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Automated trading systems can experience technical failures
• Historical performance does not indicate future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and dramatically
• Regulatory changes may affect the value of cryptocurrencies
• Internet connectivity issues may affect trading execution
• You may lose your entire investment

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, trading algorithms, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of CoinShares AI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute any content from the Platform
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
• Access or attempt to access any systems or servers without authorization
• Use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY TRADING SIGNALS, MARKET DATA, OR PERFORMANCE METRICS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• CoinShares AI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, technical failures, unauthorized access to your account, or your failure to secure your credentials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinShares AI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining funds in your account.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete verification requirements
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain your account data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved through our customer support team.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with international arbitration rules.
